It places unreasonable expectations on its staff, most of which are volunteers. This puts undue stress on the staff and as a result, the event suffers, lessening the attendees’ experience and high attrition from event staff.

As most comic and anime conventions struggle with high turnover from staff, con chairs, and volunteers, Fandom Events strives to provide one-on-one training, education, and opportunities to follow passion. This allows Fandom Events to have an extremely low turnover rate. This ensures a continuity of workmanship and strong team-building environment including mentorships and internships with local universities.
